An update for our Mahora Medical Community
We hope this message finds you well. We want to take a moment to share an important update regarding our staffing situation at the practice.
Due to some unexpected staff absences, you may experience longer wait times when calling us or visiting the clinic. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We know that this can be frustrating, and we are truly grateful for your respect and kindness as we work through these challenges.
Please note that our phone lines will be open starting at 8:30 AM, but there may be times, especially around lunchtime, when calls are diverted or our doors are temporarily closed. This allows our team to take a brief rest and catch up on tasks. If you have an urgent need, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by phone at (06) 878 2722.
Additionally, we want to remind you that requests for prescriptions and other documentation may take up to two business days to process. We will do our best to accommodate any urgent needs, though please be aware that extra charges may apply in those situations.
